This is a scoring aid, not a gambling tool. Chinese official mahjong uses the 1998 rule book; Guangdong and Sichuan tables vary from city to city, so agree on the values before the game. Tick only patterns that are actually valid — overlapping patterns can double count.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the total fan so high?
Big patterns such as thirteen orphans or big four winds are worth many fan on their own. If you tick several overlapping patterns the total will stack, which most rule books do not allow.
Why are some patterns greyed out?
Sichuan blood battle uses only the three suits and no honour tiles, so patterns built on winds or dragons cannot occur. Those options are disabled under that rule.
Can I use this to settle a real game?
Use it as a reference only. Local house rules, cap values and payment methods differ widely, and this page does not handle money or gambling.
